Improve Mental Health & Wellbeing
Our programmes are designed to support individuals experiencing stress, anxiety, loneliness, social isolation, or mental health challenges, as well as providing alternative educational opportunities for young people who may benefit from non-traditional learning environments.
A calm & structured space
Fishing and outdoor engagement provide a calm, structured space that encourages relaxation, mindfulness, confidence-building, social interaction, and practical life skills.
We offer inclusive fishing sessions and wellbeing programmes, accessible to community groups, youth organisations, schools, charities, and local authorities. Sessions promote peer support, learning, personal development, and engagement with nature, contributing to improved mental, emotional, and social wellbeing.
The services we provide will benefit the community by:
- Reducing social isolation and loneliness
- Supporting mental health recovery, resilience, and coping strategies
- Offering alternative educational experiences that build confidence, focus, and life skills
- Encouraging positive lifestyle choices and outdoor activity
- Creating safe spaces for conversation, mentorship, and peer support
- Making fishing and outdoor recreation accessible to those who might not otherwise participate
